Example 1 Asphalt Flooring; Client Council
Mastic asphalt is a damp proof suitable most floor bases it can be used to improve existing floor levels. This is a floor in a rented property with different floor levels of 50mm form one side to the other. The applied mastic asphalt has created a damp proof level floor, with the works completed on one day.
Example 2 Asphalt Flooring Client in Sherwood Nottingham
The hall way floor had deteriorated and become a health and safety risk. In one day the screed was broken up and removed and the asphalt floor installed. The floor was useable the same day.

A mastic asphalt floor was provided with an area of approximately 1500m2 . This was completed in conjunction with the main contractor. The floor provided a smooth and level surface and was finished with a sanded finish to allow the later installation of a latex surface to allow the final floor finish to be installed.
Liquid Roofing Langleys and IKO - client housing association
We are an approved contractor to install liquid roofing incorporating fibreglass. This is a cold applied roofing system ( no fire risk) giving single point warranty of up to 20 years
Example - Roof one – A problematic roof for several years. The roof required compete removal and reboarding. A condensation issue had caused the underboarding to deteriorate resulting in the roof covering collapsing. The condensation issue was solved by appropriate ventilation to the slate roof below. A new Langley roofing system was installed and a 20 year single point roof warranty issued to the client.

A high performance liquid coating system was applied to a concrete podium that provides a waterproof solution to the car park below offering a waterproof solution and a suitable thoroughfare between the accommodation blocks.

Single Ply Roofing - Example 1 Community Centre Hallway – Client Council
A community hall where the main roof was constructed using a material called strammet board. This was used for insulation but as it is made of compressed straw it is combustible and there can be sagging between roof timbers.
The strammett decking was removed along with the fibreglass layer below. We installed a new timber deck and an IKO warm roof single ply system bringing the roof to current standards with a 20 year warranty

The client required a roof to compliment his new build properties. We achieved this by installing a single ply roof incorporating a standard seam profile. The building was insulated form below, this is known as a cold roof construction
